One of the great dangers underground is the possibility of collisions between persons and vehicles or between multiple vehicles. One of the main reasons for this is the poor visibility underground. We have a suitable safety system to prevent such collisions: CWS 800 and CWS 900 NB.These systems feature various warning zones and field sizes that make it possible to issue an advance warning, reduce the speed or even stop the vehicle.Together with our partner in South Africa, we have already fitted 3,500 vehicles with this system and 42,500 helmet torches with our personal component.
